Who we are

AquaTradeHub ("we", "us") operates www.aquatradehub.com, an information website for an upcoming B2B marketplace for water and wastewater treatment. For any question about this policy or your information, contact us through our contact page.

Information you give us

When you fill in our early-access or contact form we collect:

• your full name and company name;
• your email address;
• your phone or WhatsApp number, if you choose to provide it;
• your role (for example buyer, supplier or manufacturer); and
• anything you write in the message field.

We use this information to respond to you, to send you updates about the AquaTradeHub launch and early access, and to understand which businesses are interested in the marketplace. We do not use it for anything unrelated to AquaTradeHub.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we and our service providers collect some information automatically when you visit:

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed, how long visits last, the type of device and browser used, the website that referred you and your approximate location (derived from your IP address). Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site:

• Resend, an email delivery service that transmits form submissions to our team's inbox;

How long we keep information

We keep form submissions for as long as they are needed to communicate with you about AquaTradeHub, or until you ask us to delete them. Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account, after which Google deletes it.

Legal basis

Where data-protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we process form submissions to respond to your request and on the basis of your consent to receive launch updates, which you can withdraw at any time. We process analytics and server log data on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and improving the site, and advertising cookies on the basis of consent where the law requires it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, receive a copy of it, or withdraw consent. To make a request, contact us. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

To stop receiving launch updates, reply to any email we send and ask to be removed, or contact us.

Children

This website is intended for business users and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and we limit access to form submissions to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
